My reminders aren't showing up. What should I check?
Make sure notifications are allowed for the app in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pet Medicine Reminder, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. Reminders are scheduled on-device, so no internet connection is needed.
Where is my pets' data stored?
Pet profiles, medicines, schedules, notes, and photos are stored only locally on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. Only your account data (name and email) is stored by our authentication provider.
Does my data sync across devices?
No. Because pet and health data lives only on your device, it doesn't sync to other devices or to the cloud.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data from our servers.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
Because pet and health data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes it. There is no way to recover it afterwards.
Is the app really free?
Yes. Pet Medicine Reminder is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
